Service Definition

Service is determined as any reservation, booking, confirmation, and/or expected work to be performed as agreed by the Client and Wolfmates at the time of booking confirmation. This includes all scheduled services and agreed-upon work, irrespective of any subsequent changes or modifications, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.

The Service is for individuals seeking to obtain certain services (“Client”), businesses seeking to partner with Wolfmates to offer services (“Partner”), and any independent third-party contractors seeking to provide such services (“Wolfmates Provider”).

Please review the following terms for canceling services:


Cancellation Fees Based on Notice Provided

More than 72 hours before service start time
No cancellation fee will be charged.

24–48 hours before service start time
A cancellation fee of 35% of the total service cost will be charged.

4–24 hours before service start time
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged.

1–4 hours before service start time
A cancellation fee of 90% of the total service cost will be charged.

Less than 1 hour before service start time or no notice
A cancellation fee of 100% of the total service cost will be charged.


Exceptions & Emergency Situations

We understand that plans can change. Emergency-related cancellations may be considered for a waiver at Wolfmates’ sole discretion. Wolfmates reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.

If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us as soon as possible so we may review your request.


Application of Cancellation Fees

Applicable cancellation fees may be invoiced or deducted from any prepaid balance, as permitted by law and outlined in the applicable service agreement or pricing schedule.

How do I cancel a Wolfmates service?

To cancel a scheduled Wolfmates service, please contact our team as soon as possible at info@wolfmates.com. Cancellation fees are based on how much notice is provided prior to the scheduled service start time, as outlined in the Wolfmates Cancellation Policy.

Are there fees if I cancel a scheduled visit or service?

Yes. Cancellation fees apply depending on the amount of notice given before the scheduled service start time:
More than 72 hours: no fee
24–48 hours: 35% of total service cost
4–24 hours: 50% of total service cost
1–4 hours: 90% of total service cost
Less than 1 hour or no notice: 100% of total service cost

What happens if there is an emergency and I need to cancel?

Emergency-related cancellations may be considered for a fee waiver at Wolfmates’ sole discretion. Each situation is reviewed individually. Clients are encouraged to notify Wolfmates as soon as possible if an emergency arises.

Does the Cancellation Policy apply to all Wolfmates services?

Yes. The Cancellation Policy applies to all Wolfmates services, including one-time bookings, ongoing services, and scheduled visits, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
