Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” “your”) and Wolfmates and its affiliates (“Wolfmates,” “we,” “us,” “our”) regarding your access to and use of our websites, apps, SaaS platform (Wolfmates), subscription plans, concierge coordination, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Age

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (generally 18+) to use the Services. Parents/guardians may create family accounts that include minors, but Wolfmates does not contract directly with children. By using the Services, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Nature of the Services (Not Medical Care)

Wolfmates provides concierge coordination and SaaS tools for families, organizations, and providers to manage daily life, schedules, vendors, and wellness insights.

⚠️ Important: Wolfmates is not a licensed medical, healthcare, or emergency services provider. Nothing in the Services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency response. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 immediately.

3. Accounts & Authorized Users

• Each User must create their own account and provide accurate information.

• Organizational or family accounts may designate “Administrators” who can invite and manage other Authorized Users.

• You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Wolfmates may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

4. Subscriptions, Fees & Payment

• Services are offered by subscription (e.g., Basic, Standard, Premium) at the prices shown at signup.

• Fees are billed in U.S. Dollars via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe).

• Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. At our discretion, we may issue credits or partial refunds.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

• Promotional codes and trial offers may be subject to additional terms.

5. License & Use Restrictions

Wolfmates grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your household or organizational use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer our software;

• Use the Services to send spam, malware, or unlawful material;

• Circumvent access controls or attempt to interfere with system integrity;

• Misuse the Services in a way that could harm Wolfmates, other Users, or third parties.

6. User Content

Some Services allow you to upload or share information (e.g., wellness logs, schedules, files, reviews, comments). By doing so, you grant Wolfmates a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Services.

You remain the owner of your content, but you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share it. Do not submit confidential information you do not wish to share.

7. Third-Party Services & Vendors

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., calendars, rideshare, meal delivery, payment processors). Wolfmates is not responsible for third-party services, products, or content. Use them at your own risk and review their terms.

If you request Wolfmates to coordinate with vendors on your behalf, you authorize us to share necessary information to fulfill that request (e.g., delivery address, contact info).

8. AI & Automation Features

Wolfmates includes AI-powered insights, scheduling suggestions, and alerts. These features are for convenience only and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

9. SMS, Calls & Notifications

By providing a mobile number, you consent to receive transactional SMS/calls related to your use of the Services (e.g., appointment reminders, check-in alerts). Message/data rates may apply.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other content made available through the Services are owned by Wolfmates or its licensors. Except for the limited license granted, no rights are transferred to you. Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

11. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, misuse the Services, or create risk to others. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, effective at the end of your billing cycle.

12. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. Wolfmates disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Wolfmates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the prior 12 months.

• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations—those may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolfmates, its officers, employees, and contractors against claims, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services,

• Your violation of these Terms, or

• Your interactions with third-party vendors or Users.

14. Arbitration & Governing Law

Most disputes can be resolved informally. If not, you and Wolfmates agree to binding arbitration on an individual basis under the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), administered by JAMS, in York County, Pennsylvania.

No class actions are permitted. Each party may only bring claims in their individual capacity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

15. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect when posted, unless otherwise required by law. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., email or in-app alert). Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms + Privacy Policy form the entire agreement.

• Severability: If one section is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.

• Notices: We may send notices to the email you provided or in-app.
